Our rings - we ordered a personalised ring box from The Ring Box Company in New Zealand. It was made of kauri, a native wood, and its was a nice little piece of Kiwiana for me (my family is from New Zealand)
My sister and I carried open stem posies of roses, lissianthus, sweetpeas and dusty miller
I had my late grandmothers sapphire and diamond brooch pinned to my bouquet, borrowed from my aunty - I felt like she was with me, even though she is gone
Having my veil fitted
Dad walking me down the aisle
Bridesmaid's bouquet
V's favourite photo
The marquee, set up and decorated - inspired by images of Marnie Skillings wedding
Pommander balls (my florist was a GENIUS!) - we had 5 hanging from the ceiling of the marquee
The tables - having 3 long tables was the BEST decision, it made the reception so relaxed and convivial
Table decorations - we had lots of short, mismatched vases filled with flowers, interspersed with tea light candles and scattered rose petals
The wedding cake
I loved the gorgeous organza drape on the ceiling of the marquee, and the chandeliers were to-die-for
Please note all photos were taken by Anna Blackman Images (these are all low-res images)

Thank you girls SO much for all the your lovely feedback and gorgeous comments, you are all just amazing!
ReplyDeleteMez, Deb and Anon - the ceremony and reception were both held at Ravensthorpe House, on the south coast of NSW (Deb, well spotted! haha). It is such an amazing venue, it was originally a Victorian era doctor's residence that has been transformed into this amazing location. The marquee is out the back.
Soulshine - We ordered the ring box online through The Ring Box Company, and as it is treated kauri, it is fine to bring into Australia. Its only untreated wood they don't allow in without spraying first.
