I felt the creative urge to get baking today - and the order of the day was mini cupcakes (or babycakes as I like to call them). I didn't think one or two dozen would be sufficient, so I made three dozen babycakes, with strawberry cream frosting of course...
And then I got to sample them....
Mmmm, top marks! MasterChef it ain't, but they were delicious!
