makin' mojitos...

The mojito is possibly the yummiest and most refreshing summer cocktail ever, and my current favourite. We made a batch of these tonight - perfect for these balmy summer evenings we've been having.


I wish I could share how wonderful the limes and mint smell, once you start chopping them up! So fresh and zesty!


Must be raw sugar, tastes so much nicer.



A slurp of rum (not too much)



I use a rolling pin to muddle my mojitos (Martha Stewart would surely be proud)



Pour over ice and top with soda water, mmm.

    Yum yum!

    I am more of a kiddo...I make chocolate milkshakes when it gets too hot. Lol!

    Then my bf and I slurped it out of these gigantic novelty glasses. Lol.

    I love chocolate milkshakes too bowsnhearts! The Lindt cafe ones are the best.
