delicious does dinner...

Cooking/baking is about the only thing I can do right now, while I recover from a clumsiness-related injury. I've been pouring over recipes all day, and came across this amazing recipe for persian fetta, zucchini and mint tarts in a Delicious magazine.



Paired with a glass of Gewurztraminer.

I think they turned out really well, and they were, well, delicious!
