ruffles on ruffles at work, oh my!

Today was ruffles day! Well not really - but its so much fun to dress in pretty, ruffly, girlie clothes at work!

I always try to look corporate but still cute and non-boring at work...

I love this new Bluejuice jacket - it has ruffles, and its gray (I love gray!), and it is sort of structured in shape, meaning it works perfectly for work...

I want to thank all my readers again for the lovely support I've received in respect of my mum's recent cancer diagnosis - and I want to let you all know her surgery went really, really well and her tests have come back 100% fine, so we are all over the moon basically.

Haha semi-action shot!

Sadly as we head into autumn (much as I adore the cooler weather) the light is fading faster every evening, meaning these shorts had to be taken inside...

Not sure why my skirt has gone all funny and bunched here...

I love this top! Its from the label Shilla, a locally-designed brand which I discovered last weekend (in Bega of all places!) I love the etheral, natural look and feel of the brand, and hope to acquire many more of their pieces.

These are my new favourite shoes - nude patent, love!

 Cue skirt
 Shilla 'Nevermind' top
 Bluejuice ruffle-front jacket
 Tony Bianco 'Foxie' heels
 Tiffany&Co rings and necklace

  4. Those pumps will make a simple outfit something special. So glad your mum's come through surgery ok, cancer is shit at best. Worst part of being a nurse. It's good to hear happy stories, like yours. Best wishes to your family. ♥
