flowers and jumping on the bandwagon...

Have been having a huuuuge berry phase lately. And yoghurt. Mmmmm blueberries, best.

Amazingly gorgeous bunch of flowers arrived on my desk this morning, with quite possibly the loveliest note - may have shed a teeny wee sneaky tear. And blamed it on preggo hormones, naturellement.

Some of my favorite bloggers have been undergoing inspiring wardrobe purges/ clearouts, which I have been following avidly. (To wit: A Minute Away From Snowing and Autumn Castle). Because I am a follower, I have jumped on the culling bandwagon and have been pulling masses of clothes out my over-stuffed wardrobe and eagerly listing and selling them on eBay. Wondering whether there would be any interest in me sharing a link? Provided I am able to figure it out technologically speaking.

Speaking of jumping on the bandwagon - after reading the rave reviews about those Chobani yoghurt thingies, I decided to give them a go. The blood orange one sounded intriguing - sadly however I found it so sweet as to be inedible! Did I simply pick a bad flavour? Any suggestions?

Happy Monday lovelies!
xoxo

  1. Your wardrobe is looking excellent!
I bought a whole lot of Chobani flavours I hadn't tried as they had a special at Woolies, and I actually really enjoyed the blood orange. But I have a sweet tooth. I don't think I've come across one I haven't liked yet but they are pretty sweet.

  2. I think you picked a bad flavour. I've never tried them myself but my mum seems to like all of them but I've never seen her buy the orange one.

  3. I love Chobani, but find all of the flavoured ones to be too sweet for my preferences. I swear by the plain and add my own berries/fruit. Mr Alphie loves the flavoured ones though, and his faves are blueberry and pear (he also really didn't like blood orange). I've heard good things about the lemon one, but I've never seen it at our Woolies.

  4. Chobani is so delish, especially loving their 10 for $10 deal at the moment. I only tried Passionfruit and love it

  5. I'm not a huge yoghurt fan but my daughter loves it! Ill keep it inundate to steer clear of the blood orange for her! I don't think a 20 mth old needs something so sweet.

  6. I was inspired to do wardrobe culls whilst pregnant too. And again after having a baby. Still have a backlog of things to put on eBay. It's never ending. I didn't like blood orange Chobani either and usually I love blood orange things eg. Gelati. I also didn't like pear at all. Strawberry was pretty good, and peach. But overall, I would stick with locally made Greek yoghurt.

  7. I don't get the Chobani thing, the flavored ones are full of sugar!

Well done on the wardrobe cull, I'm on round 28292 and its never ending but a great feeling.

  8. Most flavoured yoghurts are full of sugar.
The plain Chobani is very creamy.

  9. Am impressed with your wardrobe colour coordination skills. I struggle with culling- have inherited my mother's hoarding streak. Am working on it. Every time I visit her, I am cured. But as time passes, my habits return. Hadn't heard of Chobani before. Am out of the loop.

  10. I love a good neat wardrobe, especially one that's colour coded. That is such a sweet message on your bunch of flowers, I cried over a bunch of flowers once with a card that read 'Cheer up babe TGIF'

  11. Your wardrobe is so neat! I am always in awe of people who can keep it that tidy. I would be interested in seeing what items you would be selling on eBay.
