simply saturday...

I really find that the simplest weekends can be the best ones - doing not much in particular can be very soothing, especially on the tail-end of a hectic working week...

Starting the day with a sleep-in and the latest Vogue - winning!
Totally obsessed with these Cotton On tank dresses - the pregnant lady's best friend! Think I bought about 4 in different colours heh
Breakfast down at the beach at Diggies - the ricotta hotcakes were ridiculously good! Yes, bacon and maple syrup is a perfectly acceptable breakfast combination, don't knock it until you try it!
Went and had our baby capsule professionally installed this morning, yay! I must confess, I was beginning to have visions of having to walk her home from the hospital because I had nothing to put her in! Apparently they check your "installation certification" at the hospital before they let you leave!
Had my hair freshly re-reddened...
Clocking some valuable couch-time with Jade while V takes his nephews to see Pacific Rim - Sherlock Holmes and kitteh snuggles win out over action movies anyday!
Heading around for dinner with my parents this evening - apparently they have "far too much pavlova" and need help, what can I say, we're happy to oblige!
xoxo

  4. Love, love this lazy weekend. How exciting is it getting the car seat fitted?! I was so excited at the time between that and the pram - they were my 2 biggest thrills.

    Hope you smashed that pavalova.
