Yay for the weekend! (A three-day weekend for me, with my day off yesterday - how am I going to go back to work on Monday?!)
This morning V and I went to YumYum! cafe for a late breakfast...

They had some really yummy-looking macarons too, so we bought some - passionfruit, black forest, choc-hazelnut and splice
I had planned a Saturday outfit revolving around a Bardot maxi-dress and leather sandals, but the weather had other plans! Its not exactly cold per se, but its pouring down raining and there is a distinct bite to the air right now.

Jasper always wants to run into frame when we do photos indoors - he paid for that with an enforced cuddle session!
Picked up my new glasses frames, excitement! Cannot wait to wear them to work next week!

V and I are heading out for dinner tonight to celebrate out 2-year wedding anniversary! Its not actually until Monday, but we decided to go out tonight instead because lets face it, Monday nights are not the best nights for a degustation with matched wines - eep! Cannot wait!

Those macarons look delicious (love the idea of a splice flavour, how fun!). As does the apple and raspberry bread. I love sweet bread/loafs like that.
