Yaaaay for long weekends! And a bit of a sadface that this one is rapidly drawing to a close. To follow - far too many happy-snaps from the weekend...
The love affair with the Nespresso machine continues...
Picked up a whole raft of pods last week, wish I'd grabbed twice as many of the limited edition Crealto flavour!
Long weekends are for casual, relaxed dressing
Spent some time hanging out beachside on Saturday whilst V went surfing...
We headed out for dinner on Saturday night - date night!
Yummy antipasto platter
Seriously THE most amazing pasta I have eaten in a long time! Orchiette with cherry tomatoes, cavolo nero, italian sausage and parmesan
Date night outfit!
♥ Secret Squirrel silk dress
♥ Zara blazer
♥ Tony Bianco heels
♥ Oroton bag
♥ Tiffany&Co jewellery
On Sunday morning, V and I headed down to North Beach
The construction is finally finished and the Bathers Pavillion was re-opened, looks fantastic! Keen to try the new cafe/bar inside
Sunday afternoon, V and I headed out for lunch with my brother, sister and little niece ('twas her 6-month birthday!) We went around the road to Bar Lissima, new venture for the amazing Michael (a local institution), must try people!
My new iced-tea-obsession
Assorted Parkers organic bevvies!
Soooooo amazingly good, slow-cooked pork roll with apples and fennel jam and fat chips mmmm nom nom
Aaand on to Monday morning, and we rolled out of bed and headed over to lee&me for brekky (seriously, why do our weekends seem to revolve around food? LOL)
V's insane breakfast - brioche toasted sandwich with mascapone, banana, peanut butter and jam, with maple syrup - I developed diabetes just from watching him eat this
Tonight we are just chillazing at home with some good wine and snackies and trashy tv
Jasper is busy getting his face washed...
Hope the long weekend has been amazing for you all!
